Live Oak Village Shores

Live Oak Village is a 55+ Condominium Community located at Silver Springs Shores, in Ocala Florida.

We consist of 237 Condominium units of 5 different configurations contained in twenty-five free-standing two-story buildings, each unit having its own entrance with terrace or balcony.

We are a fortunate community to have in our proximity several golf courses, numerous parks and nature preserves and Marion County’s fantastic Cultural Venues.

Live Oak Village Condominium Association is proud that we are a stable community with a diverse population of residents who have migrated for many areas of the country, Canada and the United Kingdom.

We are a very active membership who participated in numerous events in the community and within the greater Silver Springs Shores, City of Ocala and Marion County communities.

Our Club house consists of a large social room available to the owners for personal scheduled events as well as a pool with a capacity of 35 concurrent swimmers and or bathers, restrooms and shower facilities.
he pool decking contains numerous tables, chairs and lounges for the comfort and enjoyment of our owners and residents.

 

The common area grounds are wonderfully maintained and is shaded by majestic oak, magnolia and other species of trees.
It also provides for our sidewalks which serpentine though the entire campus and neighboring campuses providing for a wonderful walk to meet and chat with neighbors and friends.

 

Our community is bordered by “The Country Club at Silver Springs Shores” and is enhanced by the various lakes around the property.
